- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any information you enter on our enrollment, pre-registration, or contact forms.
- Payment information: payment confirmations and reference numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, SaligPay. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Messages: conversations you have with us through Facebook or other channels.
- Course activity: your progress, attendance in live sessions, and performance during the course and internship.
How we use your information
- To enroll you and give you access to the course and Student Portal
- To confirm and verify payments, including checking reported double payments
- To send updates about your course, live sessions, and batch schedules
- To assess your progress for the internship and placement opportunities
- To improve our course and services
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run the course, such as SaligPay (payments) and our learning platform (Student Portal)
- Partner firms, only if you take part in placement opportunities, and only the information needed for that purpose
- Government authorities, when required by law
Testimonials and photos
We only post your feedback, screenshots, photos, or videos on our website or social media with your permission. You can ask us to remove them at any time.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information while you are enrolled and for as long as needed for course access, records, and legal or tax requirements. After that, we securely delete it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to its use, and to ask for it to be deleted, among others. To use any of these rights, message us on our Facebook page.
