These terms apply when you enroll in any course, module, or program offered by VantagePoint Solutions ("VPS"), a DTI- and BIR-registered business in the Philippines. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment and payment
- Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are paid in full at enrollment through our payment provider.
- Your access starts once your payment is confirmed.
- All payments are final, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Upgrading to the Complete Course
If you enrolled in individual modules and later upgrade to the Complete Course, you only pay the remaining balance: the Complete Course price minus what you already paid for your modules.
Course access
- You get lifetime access to your recorded lessons and materials for as long as the course and Student Portal are available.
- Your access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, or record, copy, resell, or repost any lessons, handouts, or materials. All course content belongs to VPS.
Live sessions and coaching
Each batch includes 1–2 live Q&A sessions with Coach Jean, and Complete Course students get a 1-on-1 coaching session. Schedules are announced to each batch.
Certificate, internship, and placement
- Certificates are given to Complete Course students who finish all required modules.
- Internship and placement opportunities are offered based on each student's performance and the current needs of partner firms. Joining the course does not guarantee a job, clients, or income.
Advanced Path
Pre-registering for the Advanced Path does not guarantee a slot. Price and schedule will be announced to pre-registered students first.
Student conduct
We expect respectful behavior in all sessions, groups, and the community. VPS may remove a student without a refund for harassment, sharing course content, or other misconduct.
Educational purpose
Our course is for training and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or credit advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
